A former officer in the United States Marine Corps, Michael's military background instilled in him the values of discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities that continue to drive his professional success. He is a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Master’s in Education. Also, as a former member of the Aggie Football team, he understands the power of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance.
